Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO SECA, COMBINAçãO LìQUIDA, COMESTìVEL SóLIDO OU SEMI-SóLIDO, COMESTìVEL LìQUIDO, BEBIDA, MéTODO PARA CONSERVAR A OSMOLALIDADE DE UMA BEBIDA, E. USOS DE UMA COMPOSIçãO SECA, E DE TRE-HALOSE E ISOMALTULOSE". A presente invenção está relacionada a composições que compreendem isomaltulose e tre-halose, e opcionalmente pelo menos um adoçante intenso e/ou um carboidrato selecionado do grupo que consiste de frutose, sacarose, açúcar invertido, poliol e as misturas dos mesmos. Essa composição é aplicada em comestíveis sólidos, semi-sólidos e liquidos, sendo que a dita composição conserva a osmolalidade das bebidas.
