Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA COLOCAR PELO MENOS UM FILME FUNCIONAL SOBRE PELO MENOS UMA PARTE DE UMA FACE OU DAS DUAS FACES DE SUBSTRATOS PLANOS OU ARQUEADOS, MáQUINA DE APLICAçãO DE PELìCULA PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO, E, PLACAS". Esse processo permite colocar pelo menos um filme funcional (5) sobre pelo menos uma parte de uma ou duas faces de substratos (2) planos ou arqueados. Traz-se os substratos um a um em uma estação de aplicação de película para fazer os mesmos se deslocarem nessa última de acordo com o plano dos mesmos ou plano médio, um conjunto (4) aplicador de filme compreendendo pelo menos um eixo que é perpendicular ao sentido de deslocamento e paralelo ao plano de deslocamento e sobre o qual é montada pelo menos uma bobina de filme, sendo disposto na dita estação de aplicação de película. Nessa última, traz-se o inicio (10) do filme de cada uma das bobinas a ser aplicado e mantido sobre uma face do substrato em uma localização escolhida, provoca-se o desenrolamento da ou das bobinas para a aplicação do filme em tira(s) sobre o substrato em deslocamento, e depois se corta o(s) filme(s) em um momento escolhido. Mantém-se o novo inicio de filme para que ele esteja pronto para ser aplicado na localização escolhida sobre o mesmo substrato, ou sobre um substrato seguinte.
