"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA GRAVAR INFORMAçãO SOBRE UM PORTADOR DE GRAVAçãO DE UM TIPO CAPAZ DE SER ESCRITO, E, PORTADOR DE GRAVAçãO DE UM TIPO CAPAZ DE SER ESCRITO". Um método para gravar informação sobre um portador de gravação de multicamadas inclui um procedimento de controle de potência para ajustar a potência de escrita de um feixe de gravação para uma camada de gravação inferior (41). Primeiramente, uma área superior em uma camada de gravação superior (40), isto é, a camada de gravação mais próxima do lado de entrada do laser da camada de gravação, é gravada. Em segundo lugar, uma zona de controle de potência (60) é localizada na camada de gravação inferior, de tal modo que a área superior cobre substancialmente uma faixa de posição radial na camada de gravação superior correspondendo a uma faixa de posição radial da zona de controle de potência na camada de gravação inferior (41).
