Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA CONTìNUOS PARA PRODUZIR POLIóIS POLIéTERES". Um processo e sistema continuos para produzir polióis poliéteres que permitem adicionar continuamente um óxido não reagido a um reator de loop enquanto adicionando pelo menos um catalisador desativável termicamente capaz de se desativar termicamente antes da decomposição do poliol poliéter que podem permitir maiores concentrações de óxidos não reagidos e/ou uma taxa de reação no reator de loop que seja pelo menos duas vezes mais rápida do que uma taxa de reação em um reator de loop contendo menos que 14 por cento em peso de óxido não reagido. Em uma configuração preferida, o catalisador é um catalisador de cianeto metálico duplo e um reator tubular de fluxo pistonado é formado em série com o reator de loop sendo que nenhum reator contém um espaço de vapor.
