Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA FORNECER INFORMAçõES DE AGENTE DE CHAMADA MóVEL A UMA ESTAçãO DE SERVIçO DE NúMERO ESPECIAL". Trata-se de um sistema para fornecer informações particulares relativas a um agente de chamada que realiza uma chamada de um instrumento de chamada móvel para uma estação de serviço de número especial em uma rede de telecomunicação que inclui: (a) um banco de informações para armazenar um corpo de informações que inclui a informação particular identificada como referente ao agente de chamada; e (b) uma unidade de interface acoplada de maneira comunicante pelo menos ao banco de informações e à estação de serviço de número especial. A unidade de interface responde a uma consulta identificando o instrumento de chamada a partir da estação de serviço de número especial recuperando a informação particular do banco de informações e comunicando a informação particular à estação de serviço de número especial.
