Abstract

"MéTODO PARA IMPLEMENTAR OS SERVIçOS DE FAX NA REDE DA PRóXIMA GERAçãO". A invenção descreve um método para implementar o fax na rede da próxima geração, compreendendo os passos de: qualquer uma de duas portas de comunicação de mídia notifica o controlador de porta de comunicação de mídia na detecção do sinal Iniciar Fax, quando eles comunicam entre si; o controlador de porta de comunicação de mídia envia em paralelo o comando Modificar para as portas de comunicação de mídia nas duas extremidades de comunicação baseado no modo do codec de fax negociado, assim como para modificar o modo do codec; as portas de comunicação de mídia nas duas extremidades modificam o modo do codec baseado no comando Modificar, retornando uma mensagem de Resposta para o controlador de porta de comunicação de mídia, e inicia o fax. A invenção pode reduzir o tempo para a comutação de fax e melhorar a relação de sucesso da negociação do fax.
