Abstract

"MOLDE PARA DECORAçãO FEITA DIRETAMENTE NO MOLDE". Um molde para decoração feita diretamente no molde simultaneamente com a moldagem que pode ser fabricado a um baixo custo em um pequeno prazo de entrega na fabricação do molde e com capacidade de produção estável em grande escala de artigos moldados, em que blocos de formação da cavidade (3, 21, 121, 131) têm cavidades de moldagem (28, 58, 128, 138) nas quais um filme de decoração feita diretamente no molde (13) deve ser inserido são montados em colunas de montagem (7, 10, 107, 110) em um lado fixo e um lado móvel. Bolsas nas quais os blocos de formaçã0 da cavidade são encaixados não são formadas nas colunas de montagem, as colunas de montagem e os blocos de formação da cavidade ficam posicionados encaixando-se projeções (4, 44, 104, 144) formadas em uma das suas faces de contato e encaixando-se recessos (5, 105) formados na outra antes da instalação, e uma pluralidade de partes de recebimento da força de aperto (6a, 6b, 112a, 112b) é instalada no lado de fora de uma área de passagem do filme em torno dos blocos de formação da cavidade.
