Abstract

"FECHAMENTO DE ENTORNADOR BAIXO, PLANO COM ELEMENTO DE ROMPIMENTO DE LAMINADO OU PELìCULA PARA EMBALAGENS COMPOSTAS OU ABERTURAS DE RECIPIENTE, AS QUAIS ESTãO FECHADAS COM UMA PELìCULA ESPESSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um fechamento de entornador especificamente plano e baixo para as embalagens compostas ou as aberturas de recipientes, as quais estão fechadas com uma película espessa, que compreende uma parte inferior (1), a qual, com o lado inferior de sua placa de base (9), está destinada a ser soldada sobre uma embalagem composta ou película espessa. A placa de base (9) tem uma abertura de dreno (34) e também projeções (6, 7, 8), as quais ressaltam para cima e circundam a placa de base. Uma cobertura (2) está formada, a qual articula sobre uma dobradiça (3) na direção da parte inferior (1) e pode ser articulada para baixo estanque sobre a parte inferior como um colar (23), o qual corre em toda volta sobre o lado inferior da cobertura (2), coincide com a projeção (6, 7, 8) na parte inferior (1). Na abertura de dreno interna (34) na placa de base (9), uma placa de ruptura (13), com a sua borda externa acompanhando a borda interna (12) da abertura de dreno (34), está formada através de pelo menos duas pontes de material (32) como pontos de ruptura. O lado inferior desta placa de ruptura (13) corre no plano com o lado inferior da placa de base (9) e está soldado sobre uma película espessa em uma embalagem composta, a qual cobre um furo perfurado ali. Quando a placa de ruptura (13) é rompida, a peça soldada é rasgada da película espessa e a embalagem composta é assim aberta.
