Abstract

"CáPSULA ESTANQUE, TAMPãO PARA RECIPIENTE E RECIPIENTE COM GARGALO OU PESCOçO PARA A DISTRIBUIçãO DE LìQUIDOS OU DE PRODUTOS PASTOSOS". A presente invenção se refere a uma cápsula (1) montada em um tampão para recipiente principalmente destinado à distribuição de líquidos assim como o tampão e o recipiente correspondentes. Cápsula (1) estanque essencialmente constituída por uma membrana deformável (2) selada na sua base por um opérculo (3) perfurável que define um volume que contém pelo menos uma substância e que apresenta pelo menos uma peça intermediária (6) provida de um meio de ruptura (4) integrado do dito opérculo (3) apto a rasgá-lo para uma liberação de uma quantidade eficaz de substância(s) (S) em seguida a uma deformação suficiente da dita membrana deformável (2), a dita peça intermediária (6) sendo realizada sob a forma de um anel (7) periférico sobre o qual se apóia localmente um elemento arqueado (15) cuja extremidade livre (16) é realizada sob a forma de pelo menos um elemento saliente (12) ou pontudo dirigido para o dito opérculo (3) a fim de obter a sua ruptura.
