Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE ENCOSTO DE ASSENTO PARA ASSENTO DE VEìCULO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura de encosto de assento para um assento de veículo que inclui primeiro e segundo elementos laterais afastados um do outro, cada um dos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais sendo feitos de aço com resistência à tração ultra-alta, o primeiro elemento lateral tendo um primeiro corpo longitudinal de uma forma substancialmente em U em seção transversal, o primeiro corpo longitudinal compreendendo um par de primeiras seções de flange espaçadas e uma primeira seção de placa principal interligando as primeiras seções de flange espaçadas, o primeiro elemento lateral tendo uma primeira região superior e uma primeira região inferior, o segundo elemento lateral tendo um segundo corpo longitudinal de uma forma substancialmente em U em seção transversal, o segundo corpo longitudinal compreendendo um par de segundas seções de flange espaçadas e uma segunda seção de placa principal interligando as segundas seções de flange espaçadas, o segundo elemento lateral tendo uma segunda região superior e uma segunda região inferior, um elemento superior disposto entre as primeira e segunda regiões superiores dos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais, o elemento superior sendo feito de aço com resistência à tração ultra-alta, o elemento superior tendo primeira e segunda porções extremas, o elemento superior sendo montado, através de soldagem por pontos, as primeira e segunda regiões superiores dos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais com a suas primeira e segunda porções extremas sendo adaptadas nos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais e um elemento inferior disposto entre as primeira e segunda regiões inferiores dos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais, o elemento inferior sendo feito de aço com resistência à tração ultra-alta, o elemento inferior tendo terceira e quarta porções extremas e o elemento inferior sendo montado, através de soldagem por pontos, às primeira e segunda regiões inferiores dos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais com as suas terceira e quarta porções extremas sendo adaptadas nos primeiro e segundo elementos laterais.
