Abstract

"IMPLANTE HELICOIDAL". Formado com suturas sobre o mesmo e cada uma das suturas tem inclinações de sutura que compreendem micro-padrões, tais como rebaixos e protuberâncias, nas inclinações de sutura, sendo que os micro-padrões no implante helicoidal podem ter padrões triangulares (100a), padrões de degraus (100b) e arqueados (100c) ou padrões de combinação (100d) compostos por uma pluralidade de padrões, como também os micro-padrões têm de preferência uma área secional transversal de 150 <109>m, concretizando um implante helicoidal com uma área de contato aumentada na parte fixa, de modo que o volume do osso induzido entre as suturas (10b) é aumentado de diversas dúzias de nível de gm a cinqüenta vezes o nivel máximo, desse modo dispersando a carga na parte implantada e prevenindo danos físicos perto da parte implantada.
