Abstract
"MéTODOS E APARELHO PARA PREPARAçãO E PRODUçãO DE MICROPARTìCULAS à BASE DE EMULSãO". Para a produção de micropartículas á base de emulsão que contêm um agente biológico ou químico, sendo que o aparelho compreende um vaso; material de compactação situado dentro de tal vaso, e também pode compreender um material que pode ser inserido em ambas as extremidades do dito vaso para encerrar o material de compactação; em uma realização particular, o aparelho é de leito compactado; os métodos incluem a produção de micropartículas à base de emulsão que contêm um agente biológico ou químico; a utilidade da presente invenção é que os aparelhos e os métodos da presente invenção propiciam uma produção não turbulenta de baixo cisalhamento de micropartículas à base de emulsão que resulta em uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula estreita reproduzível, que pode ser utilizada com volumes grandes e pequenos que podem ser convenientemente escalonados para cima enquanto propiciam propriedades de emulsão previsíveis.
