"PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM PRODUTO REACIONAL, DE UMA COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, DE UMA COMPOSIçãO AGROQUìMICA, DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE LIMPEZA, DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE TINTA E DE UM REFRIGERANTE OU LUBRIFICANTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de 5-metil-1-R-2-pirrolidona ou 5-metil-2-pirrolidona, em que R é hidrocarbila ou hidrocarbila substituído, através de aminação redutiva de ácido levulínico utilizando um catalisador metálico que pode ser opcionalmente sustentado.
