Abstract
"TROCADOR DE CALOR, SUBSTRATO, E, PROCESSO PARA DEPOSITAR UMA CAMADA DE CARBONO AMORFO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO". Processo para deposição de uma camada de carbono amorfo sobre substratos, como trocadores de calor, e os substratos revestidos assim formados, como um trocador de calor de finos de alumínio. O trocador de calor compreende um dissipador térmico tendo depositado sobre sua superfície estendida, uma camada de um revestimento de carbono amorfo (DLC) tendo uma dureza de pelo menos 2000kg/mm¬ 2¬, uma resistividade específica de pelo menos 10¬ 8¬ ohm cm, e uma resistência dielétrica de pelo menos 10¬ 6¬ V/CM.
