Abstract
"COMPOSTOS ORGáNICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma combinação sinergística de um imunomodulador ou imunossupressor da célula T macrolídeo tal como 33-epicloro-33-desociascomicina e uma ceramida tal como ceramida 3, LPC-9S ou ácido linoléico é fornecido, que são úteis em particular no tratamento de doenças dermatológicas ou da mucosa tais como dermatite atópica ou de contato ou pele seca, eczema asteatótica ou xerose.
