Abstract

"COMBINAçãO DE UM MACROLìDEO E UM ANESTéSICO LOCAL PARA O TRATAMENTO DE DOENçAS DERMATOLóGICAS". São fornecidas combinações sinérgicas de um macrolídeo imunomodulador ou imunossupressor de células T, tal como 33-epicloro-33-desoxiascomicina, e um anestésico local, tal como lidocaína polidocanol ou prilocaína, que são úteis particularmente no tratamento de doenças dermatológicas tais como dermatite atópica, de contato ou seborréica, psoríase, acne, rosácea, pós-descamação, pruridos, queimadura da pele, ou coceira; e dor associada.
