Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A MONITORAçãO DA POSIçãO E DO DESLOCAMENTO DE UM PEDAL DE FREIO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a monitoração da posição e do movimento de um pedal de freio, que compreende um cilindro mestre (1; 102) com um gerador de posição integrado para a monitoração da posição de um pistão (2; 105) em um alojamento (6; 103) para uso em um sistema de freio controlado para veículos motores, em particular para controle de dinâmica de acionamento, e o gerador de posição inclui um ímã (35; 150) como um transmissor de sinal, o qual transmite um campo magnético na direção de um elemento sensor (36; 151) que é estacionário no alojamento (6; 103), e é conectável a uma unidade de controle eletrónica. Para a monitoração de um pistão de haste de comando mesmo durante uma operação de controle de dinâmica de acionamento, é mostrado que o ímã (35; 150) é disposto entre dois pistões (2, 3; 105, 106) e é deslocável em relação a pelo menos um dos pistões (2, 3; 105, 106). Isso torna possível uma capacidade de deslocamento relativo do ímã (35; 150) em relação a um pistão estacionário (3; 106) e uma capacidade de deslocamento proporcional do ímã (35; 150) em relação a um pistão atuado (2; 105), quando o pistão (3; 106) não puder ser deslocado em relação ao alojamento (6; 103), como resultado de válvulas de separação fechadas em uma operação de frenagem, durante uma operação de controle de dinâmica de acionamento.
