Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA O ACOPLAMENTO DE UM SUPRIMENTO DE REFRIGERANTE EM UM CILINDRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o acoplamento de um suprimento de refrigerante em um cilindro (2), especialmente para instalações de fundição contínua. De acordo com a invenção, o dito cilindro (2) é montando em um bloco de chumaceira (4) por meio de pinos de apoio (3) e mancais de cilindro (5) e pode ser suprido com um refrigerante por meio de pelo menos um furo de sonda axial (6) guiado através dos pinos de apoio (3). O dispositivo da invenção compreende uma unidade de vedação (8), preferivelmente na forma de uma luva elástica, que pode ser fixada ao pino de apoio (3) em uma maneira à prova de pressão, a fim de realizar o acoplamento ao furo de sonda (6) e uma tampa de bloco de chumaceira (9) que pode ser fixada ao bloco de chumaceira (4) para cobrir o furo de sonda (6) e compreende pelo menos um canal de refrigerante de sonda (6) e compreende pelo menos um canal de refrigerante (10, 11) que pode ser conectado ao suprimento de refrigerante. Um inserto (13) pode ser introduzido na tampa de bloco de chumaceira (9) para acoplar o furo de sonda (6) ao canal de refrigerante (10, 11).
