Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA PRODUçãO LIVRE DE HIBRIDOMA EX VIVO DE ANTICORPOS POLICLONAIS E MONOCLONAIS E GERAçãO DE POPULAçõES DE CéLULA IMORTALIZADA". A invenção refere-se a métodos e composições para a geração de células produtoras de anticorpo sem a necessidade de formação de hibridoma. Em uma modalidade, o método inclui a geração de células produtoras de anticorpo monocional através de coleta das células de um camundongo transgênico com uma população de célula imortalizada. Em outras modalidades, o método inclui o uso de um camundongo transgênico com uma população de célula imortalizada cruzado com um camundongo transgênico capaz de produzir anticorpos humanizados para produzir um tipo de célula produtora de anticorpo monoclonal humano e imortalizado.
