Abstract

"MéTODO DE ELETRORREVESTIMENTO E INSTALAçãO CONTìNUA PARA ELE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de eletrorrevestimento de substratos (2) em uma instalação contínua (1), como mostrado na Figura 1, que compreende um tanque de eletrorrevestimento (1.1), um tanque de extravasamento (1.2), bombas de circulação (1.3) e (1.5), tubos de inundação (1.8), um fluxo de tanque dirigido (1.9) o qual flui na direção de transporte dos substratos (2) na área da base de tanque (1.6) e oposto à direção de transporte dos substratos (2) na área da superfície de banho (1.10), e um dispositivo de transporte (1.11) com meios de transporte, rotação, imersão e emersão dos substratos (2), onde os substratos (2) são conectados como catodo ou anodo e supridos com o auxílio do dispositivo de transporte (1.11) sobre o tanque de extravasamento (1.2) para a área de emersão (1.12) do tanque de eletrorrevestimento (1.1), na imersão no tanque de eletrorrevestimento (1.1) são girados em um ângulo de mais de 100<198> com a posição original, são transportados através do tanque de eletrorrevestimento (1.1) e revestidos, na emersão são girados de volta para a posição original e, após isso, são passados adiante para um processamento posterior.
