Abstract

"AGENTE DE AUMENTO DE ALONGAMENTO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FIOS SINTéTICOS DE POLìMEROS DE MATRIZ FORMADORES DE FIBRAS, FIáVEIS DE FUSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um agente de aumento de alongamento, que é processável de modo amorfo e termoplástico, de monómeros vinílicos, polimerizados radicalmente, para a produção de fios sintéticos de um polímero de matriz formador de fibras, fiável em fusão, incompatível com o agente de aumento de alongamento, caracterizado pelo fato de que o agente de aumento de alongamento é termicamente estabilizado por meio da adição de uma substância antioxidante, de modo que após carga térmica a 290<198>C, sob argónio, por 30 min. ele apresenta um teor de monómeros de, no total, não mais do que 6% em peso. A presente invenção refere-se, ainda, a um processo para produção de fios sintéticos em um processo de fiação de fusão, de uma mistura de polímeros de um polímero de matriz formador de fibras, fiável em fusão, e um agente de aumento de alongamento, e o uso subseqüente dos fios sintéticos.
