Abstract

"SINTONIZADOR MULTICANAL USANDO TRANSFORMADA COSSENO DISCRETA". Um receptor de satélite inclui um sintonizador multicanal para processar uma pluralidade de diferentes sinais do transponder para fornecer simultaneamente uma pluralidade de diferentes fluxos de bits de pelo menos dois sinais do transponder. O sintonizador multicanal inclui (a) um desmultiplexador para desmultiplexar um sinal recebido representando a pluralidade de sinais do transponder em uma pluralidade de sinais de amostras, cada sinal do transponder levando um fluxo de bits, (b) uma pluralidade de filtros bifurcados operantes na pluralidade de sinais de amostras para fornecer uma pluralidade de sinais filtrados, e (c) um elemento da transformada do cosseno discreta operante na pluralidade de sinais filtrados para fornecer simultaneamente pelo menos dois dos fluxos de bits.
