Abstract
"SOLUçãO POLIMéRICA NãO FIBROSA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A SOLUçãO POLIMéRICA, MéTODO DE FIAçãO DA SOLUçãO POLIMéRICA FIBRA SEMELHANTE A POLPA DE PARA-ARAMIDA, E, PAPEL E FILME DE PARA-ARAMIDA". A invenção refere-se a uma solução polimérica não fibrosa, que essencialmente consiste de 1 a 8% em peso de para-aramida, pelo menos 50% em moles das partes aromáticas desta sendo não substituidas, em uma mistura de a) um solvente de amida polar selecionado de N-metil-2pirrolidona, N,N<39>-dimetil-formamida, N,N<39>-dimetil-acetamida, tetrametiluréia, e misturas destes; b) entre 0,7 mol de um cloreto de metal alcalino ou alcalino terroso por mol de grupos amida da para-aramida e 7,5% em peso do cloreto de metal alcalino ou alcalino terroso, e c) água; e em que pelo menos 50% em peso do ácido clorídrico formado tenha sido neutralizado para se obter uma solução tendo uma viscosidade dinâmica que e pelo menos um fator três vezes menor que a viscosidade dinâmica da solução polimérica sem neutralização. A invenção também se refere a um processo para fazer a mesma e a fibras semelhantes a polpa de para-aramida, papel e filme feitos da dita solução polimérica.
