Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE PIRROLO¢1,2-B!PIRIDAZINA". Esta invenção diz respeito a compostos de pirrolo¢1,2-b!piridazina substituídos com a Fórmula I, a um seu estereoisómero, a seu um sal aceitável do ponto de vista farmacêutico, a um seu precursor, ou a um sal aceitável do ponto de vista farmacêutico desse precursor. Os compostos interactuam com receptores CRF~ 1~, incluindo receptores CRF~ 1~, humanos. Esta invenção também diz respeito a métodos de se utilizarem os compostos da invenção para tratar uma patologia ou um estado, cujo tratamento possa ser levado a cabo antagonizando um receptor de CRF, tais como as doenças ou patologias do SNC, em especial as patologias relacionadas com a ansiedade, tais como a ansiedade, e patologias do comportamento tais como a depressão grave.
