Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM COPOLìMERO DE BLOCOS FUNCIONALIZADO, ACOPLADO OU ESTRELADO QUE é UTILIZáVEL EM UMA COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA RETICULáVEL POR ENXOFRE, COPOLìMERO DE BLOCOS FUNCIONALIZADO, ACOPLADO OU ESTRELADO QUE é UTILIZáVEL EM UMA COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA RETICULáVEL POR ENXOFRE, COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA RETICULáVEL OU RETICULADA, BANDA DE RODAGEM DE ENVOLTóRIO DE PNEUMáTICO E ENVOLTóRIO DE UM PNEUMáTICO". A presente invenção se refere notadamente a um processo de preparação de um copolímero de blocos funcionalizado, acoplado ou estrelado que é utilizável em uma composição de borracha reticulável por enxofre e de histerese no estado reticulado, um pelo menos dos blocos sendo constituídos por um elastómero diênico outro que não um poliisopreno cuja taxa molar de unidades provenientes de um ou de dienos conjugados é superior a 15%. De acordo com a invenção, este processo compreende (i) a copolímero de um ou vários monómeros que compreendem um dieno conjugado outro que não o isopreno com a ajuda de um sistema catalítico que compreende um solvente hidrocarbonado, um composto A de um metal do grupo IIA, um composto B de um metal alcalino terroso e um iniciador polímero C comportando uma ligação C-Li que é constituída por um poliisopreno monolitiado destinado a formar o poliisopreno, o(s) bloco(s) poliisopreno apresentando uma massa molecular M~ n1~ compreendido entre 2500 e 20000 g/mol, par aque o(s) bloco(s) outro(s) que não um poliisopreno apresenta (m) um teor em encadeamentos 1,4 trans igual ou superior a 70% e uma massa molecular M~ n2~ compreendido entre 65000 e 350000 g/,ol, e (ii) a adição ao produto de copolímero de um agente de funcionalização, acoplamento ou estrelado, comportando respectivamente um , dois ou pelo menos três grupos epóxi, para que o bloco outro que não um poliisopreno seja funcionalizado, acoplado ou estrelado.
