Abstract
"DETERMINAçãO DE HIDROCARBONOS AROMáTICOS EM PRODUTOS DE óLEO COMESTìVEIS". Métodos para análise rápida e precisa de baixos níveis de hidrocarbonos aromáticos, particularmente hidrocarbonos aromáticos policíclicos (PAH), tal como benzo¢<244>!pireno (BaP), em óleos comestíveis, gorduras comestíveis e produtos relacionados, tal como destilados destes materiais, são descritos. Os métodos requerem preparação de amostra mínima e pouca ou nenhuma entrada no operador."DETERMINATION OF AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN EDIBLE OIL PRODUCTS". Methods for rapid and accurate analysis of low levels of aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), such as benzo ¢ <244> pyrene (BaP), in edible oils, edible fats and related products, such as distillates from these materials, are described. Methods require minimal sample preparation and little or no operator input.
