Abstract
"DETERMINAçãO DE HIDROCARBONOS AROMáTICOS EM PRODUTOS DE óLEO COMESTìVEIS". Métodos para análise rápida e precisa de baixos níveis de hidrocarbonos aromáticos, particularmente hidrocarbonos aromáticos policíclicos (PAH), tal como benzo¢<244>!pireno (BaP), em óleos comestíveis, gorduras comestíveis e produtos relacionados, tal como destilados destes materiais, são descritos. Os métodos requerem preparação de amostra mínima e pouca ou nenhuma entrada no operador.
