A presente invenção refere-se a um absorvente higiênico fino e flexível compreendendo um meio absorvente tendo uma resistência à compressão maior que cerca de 110 kg/cm¬ 3¬ uma resistência flexional menor que cerca de 400,0 gramas, uma capacidade de teste de pelo menos cerca de 5,0 gramas, e uma capacidade total de pelo menos cerca de 10,0 gramas.
