"DERIVADOS DE BENZOTIAZOL E USO DESSES DERIVADOS NO TRATAMENTO DE DOENçAS RELACIONADAS COM O RECEPTOR DE ADENOSINA A2A". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de fórmula geral em que R é C~ 5,6~-Cicloalquila, não-substituída ou substituída por hidróxi, ou é etila, isobutila ou metoxietila, ou é tetraidropiran-4-ila ou -(CH~ 2~)n-tetraidrofuran-2 ou 3-ila ou é 5-hidróxi-biciclo¢2.2.1!hept-2-ila; X é CH ou N; n é 0 ou 1; e a sais de adição de ácido farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos compostos. Os compostos poderão ser usados para o tratamento de doenças relacionadas com o receptor A2A.
