Abstract
"MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE DOIS CICLOS COM SISTEMA DE COMBUSTãO DE INJEçãO DIRETA DE COMBUSTìVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um motor de combustão interna de dois ciclos que compreende um cilindro (2), um pistão (4) com uma haste de conexão, um cabeçote (3) que fecha o cilindro (2) no lado da câmara de explosão, uma caixa de manivela (12) que fecha o cilindro (2) no lado oposto da câmara de explosão, uma vela de ignição (5) inserida no cabeçote, e um cano de descarga de gás queimado (8) com uma abertura de orifício de entrada sobre a superfície interna do cilindro (2) próximo ao centro morto do pistão (4), e é caracterizado pela presença em combinação de um duto de entrada de ar (6) com os orifícios de entrada de câmara de combustão (13) localizados próximo ao centro morto de fundo do pistão (4), e também com orifícios localizados tanto no cilindro (2) próximo à caixa de manivela (12) como na caixa de manivela, um duto (7) para a entrada de óleo de lubrificação no duto de entrada de ar (6), um sensor (9) de velocidade de rotação e de posição angular do eixo de transmissão, um injetor de combustível (1) inserido na parede de cilindro (2) com uma inclinação tal que o jato de combustível produzido pela mesma que penetra na câmara de combustão provoque um impacto sobre a parede do cabeçote (3) próximo à vela de ignição (5) e também inserido em uma posição tal que o pistão (4) em seu centro morto de topo é colocado entre o injetor (1) e a câmara de combustão, e uma unidade de controle (10) que se baseia nos sinais emitidos pelo sensor (9) sincroniza o movimento cíclico do eixo de transmissão com os tempos de ignição da vela de ignição (5) e um tempo de abertura do injetor (1) e também regula a quantidade de combustível injetado após cada ciclo do motor com base na velocidade de rotação, na carga de motor e na regulação do acelerador definida pelo usuário.
