Abstract
"PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DIRETO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricação de substâncias em forma de folhas que se solidifiquem a partir de substâncias primárias fluidificáveis, em um dispositivo configurado para isso, bem como o dispositivo correspondente. Além disso um transportador (20) contínuo, cuja parte do mecanismo é revestido com as substâncias primárias (7,13). Por meio de um dispositivo de dosagem (25) é ajustado a espessura do revestimento das substâncias primárias no transportador. O transportador então revestido transporta a camada de substância (23) através do dispositivo de secagem (30). Após o término do processo de secagem, a camada seca, se solta do transportador ou é despreendida do mesmo. Com a presente invenção é desenvolvido um processo de custo favorável para a fabricação de substâncias gelatinosas em forma de folhas solidificáveis com reduzidos desvios na espessura do material a partir de substâncias primárias fluidificáveis.
