Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE GRANULADO DE ENZIMA E GRANULADOS DE ENZIMA OBTIDOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de granulados de enzima, a granulados de enzima obtidos com isso e a seu emprego em formulações, por exemplo, para rações, produtos alimentícios, sabões ou detergentes elou para finalidades farmacêuticas e similares. Os granulados de enzima mostram, em particular, uma cota relativamente alta de enzima ativa, tamanhos do grão determinados, boa estabilidade de armazenagem, em particular, fator de arredondamento pequeno e/ou baixa cota de umidade residual, bem como, de preferência, outras propriedades específicas. De acordo com a invenção, a fabricação de granulados de enzima ocorre por meio de uma combinação entre as condições térmicas na zona de pulverização e as condições de temperatura na outra zona do aparelho. No processo de acordo com a invenção isso é obtido pelo fato de que a condução do gás de processamento aquecido para a secagem ocorre exclusivamente na zona de pulverização. A condução segura de partículas para dentro da zona de pulverização ocorre através da forma geométrica especial do aparelho, com utilização da força da gravidade (comp. figura). Por meio de adição de partículas inertes como material de germe para núcleos, pode ser comandado o teor absoluto de atividade de enzima dos granulados de enzima.
