Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE ESTAUROSPORINA PARA SìNDROME HIPEREOSINOFìLICA". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de derivados de estaurosporina para a preparação de uma droga para o tratamento de doenças mieloproliferativas induzidas por FIP1L1-PDGFR<244>, especialmente para o tratamento curativo e/ou profilático de síndrome hipereosinofílica e síndrome hipereosinofílica com resistência a imatinib, e a um método de tratar síndrome hipereosinofílica e síndrome hipereosinofílica com resistência a imatinib, ou outras doenças associadas a FIP1L1-PDGFR<244> ou mutações similares que ativam PDGFR<244>.
