Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES D MEIO, MEIO DE PRé-CULTURA DE EUCALYPTUS, PLANTAS TRANSGêNICAS, POLPA, FIBRA, óLEO, PAPEL E CHá DA MADEIRA E MéTODOS DE TRANSFORMAçãO DE PELO MENOS UMA CéLULA DE EXPLANTE DE áRVORE COM DNA ESTRANHO, DE PRODUçãO DE áRVORES E PLANTAS NãO QUIMéRICAS E TRANSGêNICAS, DE MADEIRA, DE POLPA, DE óLEO, DE PAPEL DA MADEIRA E DE SELEçãO DE CéLULA DE PLANTA TRANSFORMADA". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método de transformação e seleção de explantes de plantas independente do genótipo. O método de transformação inclui pré-cultivar os explantes na presença de um indutor Agrobacterium e expor os explantes transformados a um meio de regeneração de brotos que acelera o desenvolvimento dos brotos. São providas as plantas geradas a partir deste método de transformação. Em particular, são providos métodos de obtenção de árvores de Eucalyptus e pinheiros transgênicos. A invenção também provê meios, métodos e plasmídios para seleção e regeneração de plantas, em particular, árvores de florestas.
