Abstract
"PROTEìNA DE FUSãO HETERóLOGA, POLINUCLEOTìDEO, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PROTEìNA DE FUSãO HETERóLOGA, MéTODO PAPA TRATAR UM PACIENTE, E, USO DE PROTEìNA DE FUSãO HETERóLOGA". A invenção proporciona peptídeos terapêuticos ativos fundidos em derivados de IgG4-Fc específicos. Estas proteínas de fusão possuem uma meia-vida aumentada, uma formação de meio anticorpo reduzida, e uma atividade efetuadora reduzida, ao mesmo tempo não sendo imunogênicas.
