Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE ALGARAVIZ PARA INTRODUçãO DE MEIOS GASOSOS SOB UMA CAMADA DE METAL LIQUIDO". A invenção se refere à produção e processamento de metal líquido na metalurgia. O dispositivo de algaraviz da invenção para introdução de meios gasosos sob uma camada de metal líquido compreende um bloco embutido, fabricado de material refratário, provido com uma luva incorporada, tubos de metais coaxiais providos com pelo menos um canal operacional central e pelo menos um canal operacional anular que são dispostos no lado dos mesmos, para dar entrada ao metal líquido e separadamente conectados as entradas para fornecimento de meios gasosos ao metal. De acordo com a invenção, os tubos de metal coaxiais consistem em duas seções interconectadas possuindo diâmetros deferentes. A primeira seção possui um diâmetro menor e é usada para fornecimento dos meios gasosos ao metal líquido. A segunda seção possui um diâmetro maior e é conectada às entradas para fornecimento independente dos meios gasosos aos canais operacionais da primeira seção. A segunda seção é provida apenas com um tubo adicional e com os canais operacionais anulares. O tubo interno da seção é fechado em ambas as extremidades e cheio com um material refratário, os espaços dos canais operacionais anulares do algaraviz sendo concretizados na forma de capilares para o metal líquido. A invenção provê uma possibilidade de excluir um rompimento de metal através dos canais operacionais.
