Abstract

"POLìMEROS DE DISPERSãO AQUOSA DE SILANO MODIFICADO ESTáVEIS EM PRATELEIRA". é aqui descrito um processo para a preparação de uma composição de interpolímero de látex (meta)acrílico modificado de silano, em pacote único e estável em prateleira, compreendendo adicionar continuamente ao menos uma parte de uma mistura compreendendo ao menos 0,5 por cento em moles de um silano de vinila compreendendo grupos hidrolisáveis, e até 99,5 por cento em moles de um monómero (meta)acrílico em água e um surfactante, em um frasco de reação, sendo que a dita adição é conduzida na presença de um iniciador de polimerização e de um compensador suficiente para manter o pH da reação dentro de um nível de ao menos 6 durante a reação, enquanto que simultaneamente hidrolisando cerca de 10 a cerca de 60% dos grupos hidrolisáveis do silano de vinila.
