Abstract

"TECIDO NãO TECIDO DE CAMADA úNICA, COLCHãO à PROVA DE FOGO E PROCESSO PARA TORNAR à PROVA DE FOGO UM COLCHãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um tecido não tecido de camada única útil como componente à prova de fogo para colchões e um colchão ou conjunto de colchão que compreende o tecido não tecido e um processo para tornar o mencionada colchão e conjunto de colchão à prova de fogo; em que o tecido não tecido compreende pelo menos 17 gramas por metro quadrado de uma fibra de celulose que retém pelo menos 10% do seu peso de fibra de celulose que retém pelo menos 10% do seu peso de fibra quando aquecida em ar a 700 <198>C sob velocidade de 20 <198>C por minuto e pelo menos 17 gramas por metro quadrado de uma fibra orgânica que retém 90% do seu peso de fibra quando aquecida em ar até 500 <198>C sob velocidade de 20 <198>C por minuto, em que o tecido possui peso base de pelo menos 85 gramas por metro quadrado, densidade de pelo menos 0,16 gramas/cm¬ 3¬ e permeabilidade em ar de 70 metros/min ou menos.
