Abstract

"FECHO PARA FIXAçãO EM UMA EXTREMIDADE ABERTA DE UM CORPO DE RECIPIENTE, COMBINAçãO, E, MéTODO DE CONTROLAR PRESSãO DENTRO DA LATA DURANTE PROCESSAMENTO TéRMICO". A invenção refere-se a um fecho para uma lata de alimento incluindo um painel terminal de folha (1), ligado em um anel intermediário (5) que é fixado ao corpo de lata. O painel de folha (1) compreende um diafragma tendo um painel central que inclui pelo menos um rebordo concêntrico. O perfil deste painel com rebordo é selecionado de modo que sua posição para baixo não é maior do que o ponto mais baixo do anel intermediário. A provisão do(s) rebordo(s) reduz diferenças de pressão sofridas pelo diafragma, parcialmente durante o processamento do conteúdo da lata, em virtude do acréscimo de volume disponível a partir dos rebordos.
