Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE COMPONENTES ELASTOMéRICOS DE UM PNEU". Um processo para fabricação de componentes elastoméricos de um pneu (3) para rodas de veículo, compreendendo as etapas de: alimentar um elemento alongado contínuo (20) a partir de um membro de fornecimento (19) para aplicação do dito elemento alongado (20) sobre um suporte de construção (18), pelo exercimento de uma pressão de alimentação no interior do dito membro de fornecimento (19); fornecer ao suporte (18) um movimento rotativo em torno de um eixo geométrico de rotação (X-X) do mesmo, de modo que o elemento alongado (20) é circunferencialmente distribuído sobre o suporte (18); executar deslocamentos relativos controlados para distribuição transversal entre o dito suporte (18) e membro de fornecimento (19) para formar um componente (9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) de pneu (3) com o dito elemento alongado (20), que é definido por uma pluralidade de enrolamentos (20a) colocados em um padrão de deposição previamente estabelecido, dependendo de um predeterminado contorno de seção transversal a ser dado ao dito componente (9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17); paralisar a dita etapa de alimentar o dito elemento alongado (20) quando a formação do dito componente (9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) tiver sido completada; exercer uma contrapressão no interior do dito membro de fornecimento (19) em seguida à dita etapa de paralisar.
