Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A VALORIZAçãO DE VALORES DE METAL EM UM RESìDUO PORTANDO ZN, FE E PB". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a separação e recuperação de metais não ferrosos a partir de resíduos portando zinco, em particular a partir de resíduos produzidos pela indústria de fabricação de zinco. O processo permite a valorização de valores de metal em um resíduo portanto Zn, Fe e Pb, e compreende as etapas de: - sujeitar o resíduo a uma etapa de redução direta, produzindo desta maneira uma fase portando Fe metálico e primeiros vapores portando Zn e Pb; - extrair os primeiros vapores portando Zn e Pb e valorizar Zn e Pb; - sujeitar a fase portando Fe metálico a uma etapa de fusão por oxidação, produzindo desta maneira uma escória portando Fe e segundos vapores portando metais; - extrair os segundos vapores portando metais e valorizar pelo menos parte de seu teor metálico. A vantagem deste processo é que uma saída ambientalmente aceitável para Fe é obtida.
