Abstract

"ARRANJO RELACIONADO A SISTEMA DE LUBRIFICAçãO CENTRAL". A presente invenção se refere a um arranjo relacionado a um sistema de lubrificação central, o arranjo compreendendo um tanque de lubrificante, uma unidade de bomba, uma unidade de controle, sistemas de tubulação, uma unidade de controle de pressão, pelo menos um sistema de alimentação de lubrificante que apresenta pelo menos um pistão (5) que se desloca devido à pressão de um lubrificante presente no sistema de tubulação/objeto a ser lubrificado, bem como uma unidade de monitoração de movimento para monitorar a operação do sistema de alimentação. A invenção e caracterizada pelo fato de que a unidade de monitoração de movimento compreende uma parte de sensor (3) montada a um bocal (4) manufaturado de um material fracamente magnetizável. O bocal (4), por sua vez, compreende um ímã permanente (2) a fim de gerar um campo magnético, e um sensor (4) para detectar o movimento do pistão (5), e uma parte eletrónica (13) que processa um sinal recebido do sensor (4) e produzido em conseqüência de uma mudança no campo magnético causado pelo movimento do pistão (5) com respeito à parte de sensor (3), e envia este sinal processado à unidade de controle.
