Abstract

"SUSPENSõES ORAIS DE AZITROMICINA NãO-DIHIDRATADA ESTáVEL". A presente invenção invenção refere-se a um pó para suspensão oral, e a uma suspensão oral feita com o mesmo, que compreende azitromicina não-dihidratada e um excipiente estabilizante da conversão de azitromicina, onde o referido excipiente reduz a conversão de forma da azitromicina, quando colocada em suspensão, em uma outra forma de azitromicina. Esta invenção também se refere a um método para reduzir a conversão de uma forma de azitromicina não-dihidratada, em uma suspensão oral, pela adição de um excipiente redutor de tensão superficial que reduz a tensão superficial do veículo aquoso. Além disso, esta invenção refere-se a um método para reduzir a conversão de uma azitromicina não-dihidratada, em uma suspensão não-flavorizada, pelo aumento da viscosidade da suspensão oral, e em uma suspensão oral flavorizada, pela diminuição da viscosidade da suspensão oral.
