Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR PRODUTOS LìQUIDOS E, OPCIONALMENTE, GASOSOS DE REAGENTES GASOSOS". Reagentes gasosos (18) são alimentados em um leito em suspensão (14) de partículas de catalisador sólidas em um liquido. Os reagentes reagem conforme eles passam ascendentemente através do leito, por meio disso formando produtos gasosos e líquidos. Em um primeiro estágio de filtração (30), o produto líquido passa través de um meio de filtração tendo aberturas de filtração, as quais tem uma dimensão de controle de x mícrons, de modo que grandes partículas de catalisador maiores que x mícrons são removidas. Um filtrado primário contendo partículas de catalisador finas e de tamanho limitada é submetido a uma segunda filtração (64) para remover partículas de tamanho limitado. Uma torta de partículas de catalisador se forma no meio de filtração. A passagem do produto líquido através do meio de filtração é interrompida, e o meio de filtração é retrolavado passando o filtrado secundário através dele em uma direção reversa, para deslocar a torta do meio de filtração.
