Abstract
"AMORTECEDOR E CILINDRO DE AMORTECIMENTO PARA O êMBOLO OU A MESA DE UMA PRENSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de amortecimento de gás inerte, de alta pressão para o êmbolo ou a mesa de uma prensa de estampagem metálica que inclui um coletor que tem passagens de fluxo de fluido definidas no mesmo, juntamente com uma pluralidade de locais de montagem de cilindro cada um em comunicação com pelo menos uma das passagens de fluxo de fluido. Uma pluralidade de cilindros de amortecimento está localizada respectivamente nos locais de montagem de cilindro. Cada cilindro inclui um corpo que tem uma parede interna que define um furo de diâmetro D. Um pistão está localizado dentro do furo e inclui faces interna e externa opostas, em que a face externa está orientada para fora em relação ao furo e ao coletor. Uma vedação de fluido está sustentada sobre o pistão e está acoplada deslizante com a parede que define o furo. Um ou mais mancais estão sustentados sobre o pistão e acoplados deslizantes com a parede interna que define o furo.
