Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA COMO FORMA DE DOSAGEM SóLIDA E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova composição farmacêutica como forma de dosagem sólida compreendendo desmopressina como ingrediente terapeuticamente ativo, e a um método para fabricar o mesmo. A invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica como forma de dosagem sólida compreendendo desmopressina, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável da mesma, como um ingrediente terapeuticamente ativo junto com um excipiente, diluente ou veículo farmaceuticamente aceitável, ou mistura dos mesmos, em que a composição farmacêutica é composta de um granulado compreendendo e contém lubrificante em uma quantidade de 0,05 a menos que 0,5 por cento em peso da dita composição farmacêutica.
