Abstract
"BICO PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Um bico 10 para utilização na técnica de moldagem por injeção possui, em um corpo de bico 20, pelo menos um canal de escoamento 30 para uma massa fundida a processar por injeção. Na extremidade inferior, o canal 30 tem seu fluxo ligado, através de um bocal 40 e um inserto 50, com uma cavidade de molde de um equipamento de moldagem por injeção, formada por no mínimo um inserto de molde 12, 13. O inserto 50 fabricado preferencialmente por processo de metalurgia do pó e com material resistente ao desgaste, está disposto, limitado na extremidade inferior do canal de escoamento 30, de forma deslocável no sentido longitudinal no bocal 40. Ele forma, além disso, uma abertura de vazamento 18. No caso de um bico com fechamento de agulha 10, uma agulha de fechamento 60, móvel entre uma posição de abertura e uma posição de fechamento, passa pelo canal de massa fundida 30 e também o inserto 50 que forma um corpo de centragem no qual um cone de entrada 54 centra o elemento de fecho 65 propriamente dito da agulha 60. O bocal 40, composto de material de elevada condutibilidade térmica, que circunda a parte superior 53 do inserto 50, pode ser parafusado, da parte de baixo, dentro do corpo do bico 20. Como alternativa, o bocal 40 e o inserto 50 são formados de uma peça única, e ambos são colocados juntos, de forma deslocável no sentido longitudinal, no corpo do bico 20. Para que o bocal 40 e/ou o inserto 50 estejam bem firmes, o inserto ou corpo de centragem 50 possui um flange suporte 52.
