Abstract

"CONGELADOR DO TIPO DE TRANSFERêNCIA CONTìNUA". Um congelador do tipo de transferência contínua pra resfriar ou congelar artigos, tais como alimentos, transferidos em uma correia transportadora pulverizando ar gelado dos bocais de fenda nos artigos é fornecido em que o ar gelado esguicha retificado para ter longo percurso de pulverização é produzido, a camada de corrente fina de ar gelado é formada na superfície do artigo para obter a transferência de calor aumentada, e as passagens de exaustão do ar gelado são formadas de modo que não afetam a função de resfriamento. Uma pluralidade de bocais de fenda 5a, 6a é justaposta acima e abaixo da correia transportadora ao longo da direção de transferência de correia, cada um dos bocais 5a, 6a é formatado tal que tem um meio de entrada inclinado e paralelo seguinte de modo que o ar gelado é retificado os meios de entrada e esguichado da abertura de bocal em grande velocidade, e as passagens de exaustão 12 são formadas entre cada um dos bocais de fenda tal que o ar gelado esguichado dos bocais flui na direção de ambos os lados de extremidade lateral da correia transportadora 2.
