Abstract

"COMPOSTOS DE INDOL-6 SULFONAMIDA, PROCESSOS DE OBTENçãO DE SEUS DERIVADOS, SEUS MEDICAMENTOS E USOS COMO MODULADORES DE 5-HT-6". A presente invenção se refere a novos derivados de sulfonamida, de fórmula geral (Ia, Ib, Ic) opcionalmente na forma de um de seus estereoisómeros, preferivelmente enantiómeros ou diastereómeros, seu racemato, ou na forma de uma mistura de pelo menos dois de seus estereoisómeros, preferivelmente enantiómeros ou diastereómeros, em qualquer proporção de mistura, ou seus sais, preferivelmente os sais fisiologicamente aceitáveis correspondentes, ou solvatos correspondentes; aos processos para sua preparação, para sua aplicação como medicamentos em humanos e/ou terapêutica veterinária e às composições farmacêuticas que os contêm.
