Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE FEXOFENADINA E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica que compreende um composto de fexofenadina ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, lactose, um composto de hidroxipropil-celulose inferior substituído e, opcionalmente, outros excipientes. As composições de fexofenadina da invenção exibem uma aperfeiçoada biodisponibilidade, exPressa como C~ max~, que é a quantidade máxima de ingrediente ativo encontrada no plasma, ou como AUC, que é a área sob a curva de tempo versus concentração do plasma.
